Each time, he has immediately fit me into his schedule and resolved my concerns.Tom and his team are highly trustworthy! Before we purchased our new home, these guys initially came out and had a miscommunication with the seller of our new home on what they wanted fixed for the HVAC. When we moved in, the heat was working but nothing was cooling. We struggled through 100 degree days and couldn’t figure out what was wrong. I contacted these guys to go over the initial report and figure out why it wasn’t fixed. I worked with Kordy and Tom. Tom immediately scheduled an appointment for the same day and said they will get it done. Kordy was super nice, knowledgeable, and worked his tail off all day to not only fix our AC, he was able to spot a gas leak, went out of his way to run to the store for additional supplies and fixed that as well. These guys work hard to make things right and we will be recommending them to everyone we know!

So thankful for Tom! During the middle of a snow and ice storm, we lost power and when the electricity came back on the next day, the furnace wouldn't start. Tom found the time to come out and take a look at it on the second day we were without a furnace. He found the parts the very next day and came back out to install the new parts and get us back up and running before the next storm came through that was expected later in the day.
